Overview
The Department of Neurosurgery at the University of California San Francisco invites you to attend its annual Neurosurgery Update course. The course will be held August 3 - 5, 2023 at the St. Regis San Francisco in California. The program endeavors to provide the latest updates and recent advances in the field of neurosurgery. Neurosurgeons, neurosurgery residents, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and advanced health practitioners can benefit from this program in the treatment of neurosurgical problems. Now in its fourteenth year, it will cover the entire spectrum of neurosurgical topics.
Objectives
An attendee completing this course will be able to:
- Incorporate into practice the latest surgical techniques in the management of minimally-invasive spinal disorders;

- Recognize and understand the nuances of pain management in spinal disorders and treat accordingly;

- Use evidence-based data in performing pediatric neurosurgery.
